Rightangle Technologies Pvt. Ltd. was
started in 1999 by a group of IT professionals with the objective of
exploiting opportunities emerging from the Internet revolution. It was
duly incorporated in India in 2000 and in the USA in the same year
as Idiotmail.com. Idiotmail was the first Internet
product of the company and was US centric primarily because of the
timing. It implemented an aggregation portal for Web and POP/IMAP based
emaill accounts.
Unstructured information is not new to us – most of the
information we deal with is unstructured, the Internet revolution
helped highlight the importance of dealing with it effectively. The
visionaries in Rightangle Technologies realized this importance very
early and this led to the conceptualization and realization of a unique
technology, we call, Pro</DOC>. Even Idiotmail, an aggregation
portal for different web mail providers, and was developed before
Pro</DOC> was conceptualized, was in the same space.
Pro</DOC> is based on a unique hybrid data model (developed by
marrying the advantages of XML and RDBMS) that can model the full
spectrum of completely unstructured to fully structured information and
includes tools that facilitate transformation along this spectrum.
Today Rightangle Technologies is a software products company
headquartered in India. Pro-Active is the flagship product of the
company and it has three main specializations – BPO, Recruitment
and Project Portfolio Management – all developed using the
Pro</DOC> platform. Pro</DOC> is an end-user generic
technology and can be used to develop other workflow based, document
centric applications.
Rightangle Technologies plans to remain a products company, and will
enhance and grow the current product portfolio over time. At this time,
all planned expansions are within the Pro</DOC> technology
framework but in future other product lines are also possible.
Rightangle Technologies provides product implementation and
customization services along with the product but it we are not an IT
services company.
Rightangle Technologies operates from NOIDA, the hub of north Indian IT activity.

Manoj Agarwal
- Corporate Management and Technical Leadership
Manoj is an Entrepreneur - the founder CEO of Rightangle Technologies.
An Electrical Engineering graduate from IIT Bombay, he also has a
Masters degree in Computer Technology from IIT Delhi. Before starting
Rightangle Technologies, Manoj had an experience of about 15
years in IT project management, delivery management, and corporate
functions in technology and marketing.
During his corporate experience, Manoj has provided technical
leadership to the development of several products, most notably a Y2K
and Euro processing system for legacy applications. Pro<DOC/>
technology has been largely conceptualized by him.
Amitabh
Shrivastava - Mentoring, counseling and support
Amitabh Shrivastava is a
seasoned executive with over 20 years of experience at board level
positions in multiple companies. He started career as a programmer in
the IT
industry, and today is a very active angel investor and business mentor
to many a startups. He has also worked in senior management capacity
with HCL, Infosys, Xansa and Tata UNISYS. His executive experience
spans multiple industry segments including Banking, Insurance, Real
Estate and Telecom. He brings to Rightangle Technologies his extensive
functional
experience in strategic planning, marketing, sales, profit-center
management and mergers and acquisitions. He works actively with the
management team of Rightangle Technologies helping them strategize,
develop unique
competitive advantages and build operational competencies. He holds a
Bachleor of Engineering (Mech), from VJTI,Mumbai, and a Masters in
Financial Management from NMIMS, Mumbai.
Dr. Aditya
Tyagi - Mentoring, counseling and support
Dr. Tyagi has an eclectic background encompassing research, academics,
and corporate world. He is a renowned corporate facilitator and HR
consultant. He has significant international exposure, in particular
USA, UK, and Germany. He holds a Doctorate degree from Maxwell School of Social
Sciences, Syracuse University, Syracuse, NY. He has been the junior
fellow of Smithsonian Institute, Washington. He has also served as a
Member of CII National Committee on HRD. He has experience in both
academic and business world. Having worked as research scholar and
instructor with MDI, Gurgaon, Syracuse University, N.Y., FORE, PECHRD
(Public Enterprises Center for HRD), he moved to the corporate world.
All along he has been in the Human resources function of companies such
as Group USHA, IIS Infotech (now Xansa), Polaris, HFCL etc. Lastly, he
was the CEO of nablers Infotech, a software company based out of
Gurgaon. Currently, he is the Director at NCR Academy of Management, a
HR research, training and consulting organisation.
Dr. Tyagi brings to Rightangle Technologies his domain expertise in HR
Management and his vast experience in high-level stragety, planning and
execution.
