When a large retail bank
in UK was
looking to offshore its HR processes to India, they needed a technology
solution to support this transition. The bank was already considering
Oracle Recruitment as an option. The bank finally selected Pro-Active
based on its strengths in Recruitment, Business Process automation, and
interoperability with MS-Office.
The total suite consists of six HR applications including three
recruitment applications. The offshore team size is initially 40 and
expected to grow to 100. The applications have very diverse
requirements covering about 125 screens and reports in various formats
including MS-Word, MS-Excel and HTML. All applications are workflow
enabled and required legacy data to be migrated to the new platform.
Once the requirements were collected and documented, all the
applications were developed, tested and implemented within a short span
of 2 months.
The customer has strict security requirements and need for compliance
with disability access standards. Pro-Active was able to meet these
requirements. The bank was able to achieve a quick implementation
without any loss of information currency or any compromise on business
functionality.
