Of course, Pro-Active Recruitment has all the features you get in conventional recruitment products. You can schedule and administer tests on-line, manage shortlists, evaluation results and recruitment workflow. You can get OLAP based MIS outputs.

A large part of the Recruitment functionality in Pro-Active is end-user configurable. For instance-

End-users can define their own Resume model on the basis of the search criteria they use. The system will use the user defined Skill model to parse the resume.
2.
The Status codes associated with candidate status in the shortlist can be configured.
3.
The on-line tests used by the site can be configured.
4.
The candidate tracking/contact sheet can be configured according to user needs.
5.
OLAP cubes can be defined to meet ad-hoc reporting requirements.
6.
Additional business rules can be programmed by modifying the Email Trap handler (an end-user modifiable Java program).
7.
Additional functionality can be added by writing new server side traps using Java programming language.
