can substribe to - without making any upfront investments in Hardware
and Software licenses. This also relieves you from the maintenance
overheads and having to take your own data backups. The system is
available to you all the time, whether you are at office, home or on
the move.
We assure full discretion and your database is dedicated and secure.
The communication with the server is encrypted using SSL (https) and we
offer the option of encrypting all data or only the passwords and
sensitive data. We backup your data regularly and if required, the
backup can be delivered to you by courier.
If you outsource your Recruitment processes, Pro-Active's workflow
capabilities can be used to manage and control that process.
With the base technology, we offer Value Added Services as well and

existing Resumes and then processing of Resumes as they are received on
